Privacy Policy
Last updated: May 2026
This Privacy Policy explains how Coaching for Good("we", "us") collects, uses, and protects your personal data. We comply with Singapore's Personal Data Protection Act (PDPA).
What we collect
- Identifiers: name, email address, optional company and role, when you book a chemistry chat or contact us.
- Payment data: processed by Stripe. We do not see or store your card details. Stripe sends us the transaction reference, customer email, and amount.
- Coaching session content: notes that Alex takes for his own preparation. Stored privately and securely. Never shared.
- Site analytics: we use privacy first analytics (Vercel Analytics, Plausible or Fathom) which do not use cookies and do not collect personal data.
How we use it
- To deliver and schedule your coaching engagement.
- To send transactional emails (booking confirmations, payment receipts, session reminders).
- To respond to your enquiries.
- To improve the website experience (in aggregate, never individually).
Who we share with
- Stripe, payment processing.
- Cal.com, booking and scheduling.
- Google Workspace, email and document storage.
- Resend (Phase 2), transactional email delivery.
We do not sell your data. We do not share data for marketing purposes.
How long we keep it
Coaching session notes are kept for 24 months after the last session, then deleted unless you ask us to keep them longer (or delete them sooner). Payment records are kept for 7 years to meet Singapore tax and accounting obligations.
Your rights
You have the right to:
- Request a copy of the personal data we hold about you.
- Ask us to correct inaccurate data.
- Ask us to delete your data (subject to legal retention obligations).
- Withdraw consent for any optional processing at any time.
To exercise any of these rights, email alex@coachingforgood.sg.
Security
We use industry standard encryption in transit (HTTPS) and at rest. We rely on Stripe, Vercel, and Google for infrastructure security and review their compliance posture annually.
