Refund and Cancellation Policy

This policy applies to coaching contributions paid for the Three Session Shift.

Refund window

  • Within 7 days of payment, no session held: full refund of the contribution amount, less any non refundable Stripe processing fees.
  • After Session 1: 50% refund.
  • After Session 2: no refund.

If we're not a fit

If after Session 1 we agree this isn't the right fit, you receive a full refund less Stripe fees. We'd rather you find the right support than continue a misaligned engagement.

Reschedules

Reschedules with 24 or more hours' notice incur no fee. Late notice reschedules and no shows are at Alex's discretion and may count as a delivered session.

How to request a refund

Email alex@coachingforgood.sg with your name, the date of payment, and a brief reason. Refunds are processed within 7 business days.

Stripe processing fees

Stripe's processing fees on the original transaction may not be refundable. We pass on whatever Stripe returns to us.

Charity contribution implications

Where a refund is issued before the contribution has been forwarded to Oogachaga, the refund comes from the held funds. Where the contribution has already been forwarded, we honour the refund from our own funds and reconcile internally, your refund is unaffected.
