Refund and Cancellation Policy

This policy applies to coaching contributions paid for the Three Session Shift.

No refunds

100% of every contribution is donated to Oogachaga, Singapore's most established LGBTQ+ counselling and support organisation. Once paid, contributions are treated as charitable donations and are non refundable.

Please only proceed with payment after the chemistry chat, when both sides have agreed the engagement is the right fit.

Reschedules

Reschedules with 24 or more hours' notice incur no fee. Late notice reschedules and no shows are at Alex's discretion and may count as a delivered session.
