Terms of Engagement
Last updated: May 2026
These terms govern any coaching engagement between you (the "Coachee") and Coaching for Good, an initiative of Alex Ng ("we", "us"). By paying the coaching contribution for the Three Session Shift, you agree to these terms.
What coaching is
Executive coaching is a structured conversation that helps you think more clearly, see your role more sharply, and act with intent. Alex is a credentialed coach with the Worldwide Association of Business Coaches (WABC™).
What coaching is not
- Coaching is not therapy, psychiatry, or mental health treatment. If you need clinical support, Alex will refer.
- Coaching is not legal, financial, tax, or medical advice.
- Coaching outcomes are not guaranteed. The work requires effort and reflection on both sides.
Engagement structure
The Three Session Shift consists of three 60 minute video sessions, typically two to three weeks apart. The full programme is delivered within 90 days of the first session unless extended by mutual agreement.
Confidentiality
Everything you share is confidential. Alex may discuss anonymised case material in supervision (a standard practice for credentialed coaches) but never with identifying details. Exceptions: where required by law, or where there is a clear and immediate safety concern.
Cancellations and rescheduling
- Reschedules with 24 or more hours' notice: no fee.
- Late reschedules and no shows: at Alex's discretion. The session may be considered delivered.
Liability
To the maximum extent permitted by Singapore law, our total liability to you in connection with this engagement is limited to the contribution amount you paid for the engagement. We are not liable for indirect, consequential, or special damages.
Governing law
These terms are governed by the laws of Singapore. Any disputes will be resolved in the courts of Singapore.
